i've never heard of this character before, but it was the subject of today's Daily Sketch Challenge....so i just did it.hopefully fans of this character won't be too upset.

Well done! I'm not familiar with her either, but there were requests for her when we did the sketch of the dog character from ADVENTURE TIME, so here we go.

Why would fans of Marceline be upset? this is a great sketch! you did an amazing job considering you've never heard of her before, or seen as much of the art style as other people who are fans of the show :0

i dunno...'cause i had no feel for this character. that's rare for me when i draw because i like to bring out the character of whatever i'm drawing. i had no idea if she would ever hold a squishy bat thing....or even enjoy that. i had no idea if things like that would bug fans of her.
but i'm glad you like it. i guess i wasn't far off
