In this What If...? tale from the Secet War, Nick Fury's team of Luke Cage, Captain America, Spider-Man, Daredevil, Wolverine, and Black Widow have failed to stop the cybecrime villians in the heart of Latveria. They are captured. SHIELD has now run out of options. They must unleash their final option:

Level 10's Doomsday Device.

If the Secret War were to fail, fury ordered SHIELD to gather together the 7 superhumans who together can destory Latveria to its roots. It will be loud, it will be violent, and it will be effective.

Hawkeye - Field leader. Perfect marksman. If Hawkeye knows that Cap is in trouble, he will singlehandedly tear down Latveria bit by bit. Though he cockily says "Captured, huh? Well, if I were part of the first group, no one would have been captured." Shmuck.

Ms. Marvel - Air leader. Flight. Carol Danvers can do anything. And she wants nothing mroe then to be a hero. When she knows that the cybernetic weapons and armor can lead to countless death and violence, she will be first on board to sign up for the DD.

The Punisher - Stealth. Frank Castle isn't just a man with guns. Frank Castle is a man who will do ANYTHING to take down the "bad guys" and will do it willingly. He doesn't play well with others, but for this mission, he will have to.

War Machine - Armor. SHIELD has already stolen a prototype armor called the Mandroid X armor, complete with titanium shells. Since this is more of a military mission then a superhero mission, the DD will need James Rhodes to suit up in the armor and go to work.

Hulk - Strength. Hulk is a monster. But a monster is what SHIELD needs. All they have to do is capture Hulk and drop him in Latveria. But who knows? Maybe they can control him. After all...they have...

Spider-Woman - Pharmones. Jessica Drew has the ability to emit pharamones that can make any person near her feel much more relaxed, and much more attracted to her. Even to the point where she can control them. That could be VERY helpful with the Hulk.

The Sentry - Everything. At this point, SHIELD and the world doesn't really know anything about the Sentry. However, Reed Richards knows Sentry and knows that he is the world greatest super hero. At this point, that's good enough for Fury.

Together, the Doomsday Device will take down Latveria...by any means necessary.
