Here's one of the first of the Christmas screencap redraws I had in mind. As you might have noticed I've been very drawn to Peanuts lately, for reasons that would take longer to explain that I'd like for a description of a picture. I knew I wanted to recreate a screencap for this special, because of how timeless it is. Honestly, the more time goes on, the more relevant it becomes. I found this screencap particularly nice to copy. The colors were eye-catching and the expressions were cute. It looks I also think I'm going to switch back to Photoshop when it comes to the digital painting. The watercolor brush isn't cutting it.Original: fortunedotcom.files.wordpress.…

Hmm, perhaps. I think as long as one is staying true to the mood of the original comics and specials, a little style tweak shouldn't be a problem.
