Zelinskij. The man guilty for the existance of the Empire, and Yuriko.In Ruin And Reunion Yurko finds a database affirming that Prof Zelinskij has worked with the Omega Program. Soon we'll find out why does a quantum physicist have to do with a psionics program which didn't even exist in the previous continuum.

I guessed it was Zelinsky (correct spelling) and I was right. Though the entirety of the blame for the Empire's rise can't really be fixed on Zelinsky; I feel Cherdenko is also to blame.
I'm a little confused here. Is Ruin and Reunion the title of a canonical mission, or is it another fanwork of yours?
(I haven't played RA3, just watched the cutscenes and some of the walkthroughs on Youtube. /n00b moment)

I know Zalinskij is spelled witha y in the game, but i'm used to seeing russian names spelled with ij- i'm not sure wether should be considered correct.
Ruin and Reunuion is the title of the last mission in Yuriko's mini-campaign.
