Sailor Neptune by the water. Growing up, Sailor Moon was an enormously positive influence on me. It was one of the few pieces of art that showed that you can prevail over obstacles through love and belief in people's potential to redeem themselves and have a positive impact.

The costume is made by me, with the exception of a few parts which were purchased and/or modified. The skirt, sleeves, bows, collar, choker, and glove tops were made from scratch while the leotard and shoes were purchased and then heavily altered. The mirror is a gorgeous antique art deco hand mirror that I was fortunate enough to find on ebay. The back of the mirror was resurfaced in leather by me. The tiara and earrings are by Catzia and my pendant is by The Pendant Peddler.
