Description
This is a photo of my Zelda costume that shows the full body detail, including the hand painted designs on the bottom. The dress cost me a pretty penny to construct; the main gown is made of dupioni silk and the armor is made of real metal. The bow is an original design, painted in gradients of gold and bronze. The design is based on Legend of Zelda: the Twilight Princess and the color scheme is based on her appearance in Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the Nintendo Wii.Huge thanks go to Bruce O'Bryan for taking it!

wow! your costume is absolutely divine I was just wondering how long did it take you to make it? what kind of fabric did you use? how much money did it cost to make it? how did you get the pattern on the dress? were did you get the jewels? what did you wrap your hair with? and also were did you get the ears? sorry for all of the questions I'm just a very curious person and I really want to be her for Halloween next year

Thanks! The costume took a little more than a month to make I used silk dupioni for the white dress and taffeta for the pink bodice. I painted the patterns onto the dress by hand. I bought some of the jewels at various craft stores. The hair is a wig. The ears were purchased from aradani studios. (I think it's [link] ) Good luck! I love wearing Zelda; it feeds that burning childhood desire to become a princess.

Wow! This is a wonderfully crafted cosplay of her, the first I've seen actually...of the Brawl/Twilight Princess costume.
