Hello! Here you can see how I color my chibi lineart.

P.S. I feel that I haven't explained everything so clearly so if you have some questions feel free to ask, and I'll try to answer them the best that I can. Again sorry for my poor English and Awful grammar. Hope you like it and find it helpful.

Do you still color your drawing with photoshop? or paint tool sai?
Because I saw your recent video on youtube and you color your drawing(Gaara)
with paint tool sai. Which do you prefer?

No, I use paint tool sai for lines and colors now. I only used the photoshop before cause I don't have a tablet and that pen tool helped me a lot XD. Now I only use it for finishing touch.

D'awe there aren't that many chibi tutorials, and the ones that are up I had a hard time understanding how to get that right 'adorable' factor, but you made it so easy.
Maybe this time around I'll be able to draw chibis. :'D

I didn't know the "clipping masks" ! they are very helpful! (but I don't understand why you put the layer mode on multiply ? 
And I love the way you put your light and shades on your drawing !

So that the gradient would still visible. And I'm too lazy to choose dark colors so I just pick gray color for shadowing, and when you put it in multiply it'll blend to the base color. Sorry It's so hard to explain
