I can't use the matrix extrude after I made the spikes :/ do you have any idea what I might have done wrong?

I have release 9 and I can't find crumple anywhere...

its in Structure>Edit Surface>Crumple
Make sure you have the object selected and have already made it editable. (select it and press C).

When i right click on sphere I can find Magnet...
