It's a vulcan time out chair. realy.(Also i feel i should note that the under shirt for this was accidentaly left at home in Canada so I had to scrounge this one up real fast, It's not the exact colour I would have liked but it was my only option)

Thank you! I just used a super heavy weight interfacing (it goes inside and you iron it on to stiffen the fabric) to keep it up. it was actually a really rush job that I planned on re-doing but never go around to.
