Just a word of warning: always leave a space after URLs - this one annexed the ensuing emoticon! Luckily, Mr Occam allows me to apply his razor

URLs are greedy - I know they've swallowed my commas before

This was the 'grungiest' of the lot - I must look into developing it further

Wonderful painting. Something I can look at forever without being bored. Makes me think of Paul Klee and yes Klimpt. Well done!

I take the mistaken identity of the medium as a great compliment! It's actually 'officially' fractal art, but I was very much aiming for a painted look

Wow, my mistake. Didn't look at the headlines, but it looks nothing like any fractals I seen before. Gorgeous!

It's good to transcend the medium sometimes!

I've tried similar styles to this. But they usually seem to have gritty spots. This is awesomely clear. Nice work.

The secrets to getting the scratchy look are slight reduction of xform size from full coverage mode, plus low filter radius.

A similar approach to *Aspartam I find.
