It reminds me of Lothlorien in The Lord of the Rings.

Perhaps it's because I'm reading the Harry Potter series (almost finished with the last one) but what came to mind instantly was the seaweed in the Lake that the Merpeople lived among. Best to be very careful in this deceptively silken stuff or suffer a watery grave.
Congrats on the DD!

Incidentally I was going through your gallery last night, idly thinking that this would make a danged good DD. So - congratulations!

Thanks, Louis. I've perused the final draft for 'The fractals as surreal arts' - your summing-up was most inspirational. Interesting to see whether it will cause an upward trend in their use in the surreal arts!

Thank you.... I look forward to seeing the article and what you had said...I was somewhat hesitant during the writing as I did not want to be contradictory with what you were writing....as I have no idea if you were asked similar or different questions.....not that we couldn't have different opinions...but I wanted to present a front we could agree on.
Hope to see it soon
Louis

Well, I think different viewpoints give a broader overview of the subject. No contradictions, just necessarily different approaches. Me, the enthusiast with some six years fractal experience, yourself the established artist relatively new to using fractals. Definitely an interesting mix

Reminds me of a cornfield. Ah, the most enchanted place in the world is a cornfield, I think. Most excellent. Beautiful.

I replied to everything. I made a point of it.
I expect you will have had a lot more faves than I did.
That's normal.
I don't understand why they gave me a DD. The picture wasn't really up to much, just different.
I have a feeling it was something to do with the petition I sent to the administration.
They have contacted me quite a bit and I suspect everything that happens! lol
