As always, the metal looks insanely realistic! I love the fact that the exact profile of his face is facing the camera, although the way he holds his sword suggests that he is posing for a portrait. The position of the shield looks a little bit weird to me though. It should be lower, about the height of the hip, or if he holds it up like that, it should be closer to his chest. The very first thing though that jumps in to my eyes is that his glove looks weird, as if it was one single piece of metal, instead of several plates of metal, allowing for movement. Also the cloth hanging down the chest-piece looks quite flat. I see that you have indicated some foldings, but you did not carry them through. I suggest to do some studies on how cloth folds (I should seriously do that aswell ), so the cloth compliments the perfect looking metal parts (I'm jealous for the shading of the metal).

Edit: Also, for extra realism, make some of his beard hairs on the "edge" of his beard white-ish. Hair that stands by itself is very often completely illuminated by light from the background.
