Another tutorial and this one is how to do lightning!Feel free to ask questions that I may not have answered.
I used photoshop elements 9 and a Wacom bamboo fun tablet (though I prefer the create)

Cool tutorial~ I never knew how to incorporate the "lock transparency" feature in pieces before and now I know.
(I'm using PSE 7.0 myself, but they don't seem that different, right?)
