Was asked to make a tutorial on how I make lightning.It's so easy a lobotomized hamster could do it!

This doesn't work on pixlr o-o or sumopaint for that matter. Do you know if i can only do that on photoshop?

no matter how hard I look I can't get that screen. I double click on the lightning layer and I get my layer options but I don't have the same options. o.O' I use photoshop cs2 could that be it? ;0;

Hmm...maybe I did something wrong but when i go to make the inner and outer glow...it doesnt do anything to the lines i made
