Description
For the powerful, ancient beings lurking at the edge of space and consciousness, the sentient species of the galaxy are an abomination that disturb the order of things. These eldritch monstrosities seek to restore order, their order, to the galaxy and consider humanity and other species to be no more than rats that have infested a house left empty too long. They have many plans to remove such pests, but the First Rectifier is reserved for those particularly troublesome beings that seem hard to kill and threaten to delay the day the return to take up residence once again.

Excerpt from the Journal of Zan Holindai, Nix Lord Magus:
"The first Reavernaut we encountered said something to Emerald that, though I think he meant it as some sort of veiled compliment towards her intelligence, sent my mind reeling!
He mentioned the First Rectifier. No Terran would know of the First Rectifier, or their history and deeds. The Nix, though, are an older and more learned species in this region of space. The Nixian Libraries show record of the First Rectifier:
"In times most ancient, the First Rectifier was used by creatures dark and unmentionable to harvest the greatest genetic attributes from a species, as a whole. Their greatest strengths, minds, powers... All to be culminated in one perfect, immortal, paragon of the species."
While, truthfully, this really doesn't seem as horrible as it should, the passage goes on to mention what the First Rectifiers secondary purpose is:
"... Once this paragon is created, the First Rectifier will cull the entire species. Bound, for all eternity, upon the Trees of Life and Death. All that will remain of the species will be the Paragon - The greatest, and last, of a race now bound eternal."
Originally, the Trees of Life and Death, eluded my studies. I had no idea as to the nature of such things. Now though...? Well, obviously, it stands to follow that the Libraries spoke of the Yggdrasil Devices. The First Rectifier destroys entire races all for the sole purpose of creating one of the greatest beings the species could ever hope for.
In a sick and twisted manner of speaking, it could be considered an honor to be chosen as part of this Paragon. To exist, even if on a genetic level, as one part to a perfect, immortal example of your entire species. However, in the end, it's still the damning of an entire species to eternal suffering: caught in a never ending cycle of torture, agony, death and rebirth... Forever. This is what portends to all of us. Our fates, should we fail..."

Still mad that I had to clean up after this dude's mess. He's supposed to be the "Cleaner" and we were the ones who ended up mopping the floor with him.

I don't think you can count that as mopping the floor...he almost killed Raid and Kage', and you ended up running from a black hole...and still didn't kill him.

This looks really cool... Well, in a "this guy means business, and his business is pain" sort of way. He looks the part. Unlike Lingerer, I hope he finds out that humans a a lot more cunning and skilled than mere "space rats". But that's just me off course Great picture
