I really relate to this one.Β Sometimes I feel like my emotions are delusions. Β They watch for a weak moment, and then they just drain the life out of me.

You write your words very eloquently, and I can certainly relate to your relating to the drawing. Emotions can indeed seem antagonistic at times, especially when one struggles with conditions like depression, anxiety etc.

As someone struggling with depression for the first time in her life, I feel like this is seething in my stomach constantly. It's a good depiction of those dark moods you can get into. It's a parasite for sure. Sticky, destructive, and sapping.

Sometimes it feels like those dark moods are always going to be over our heads, tied to us and controlling us. With a bit of luck they don't last.
I like to think that the form on the ground to the far right is a sword to sever the ties to the demon.

with my fantastic english, i try to write something
i was browsing randomly here on Da when this impressive piece captured my attention and i was watching even similar works relative to this series. then i went on profile and i was sure at 100% to find an old veteran artist because this style is completely definited and not only style but even concepts!
The art flowing in your veins and these stickmens in my personal opinion represent a projection of your deepest soul...a misterious dark place. for me is impressive how you convert your darkness in something of unique and deeply emotional! not all people are able to do this.....so this is even a sort of gift!Β i mean i know tons of ultra advanced artworks but totally flat.....
