This technique on making the nose doesn’t give a strong profile. You could make a separate nose and sew it onto the face if you wanted.

21. Define the nose by pinching the face from the spot where you want the nose to be.

22. Draw symmetrical guidelines and dots while holding the nose. Draw the nostrils like shown.

23. Stitch the bridge of the nose. Remember to lift the stuffing toward the fabric of the nose so it doesn’t become flat.

24.-27. Nostrils. The thread makes an X shape inside the nose.

28.-29. If you want the top of the bridge of the nose to be thinner, stitch it like the nose earlier.

30.-31. To flatten the spot where the nose joins the forehead, poke the needle from the inner corner of one eye to the spot in the middle of the nose bridge, then to the inner corner of the other eye. Pull tight and secure with a knot.

32. Finished. Now you can do whatever you wish to. Make eyes, draw with textile markers, embroider, sew buttons on, make hair… Anything.
