HUEG FILE IS HUEG @@Anyway, yes, minor spoilage, but really... the spoilers here can be compared to spoilers in Vader being Luke's father in the Star Wars series-- everybody knows it already, and if you don't, well, woopty freakin doo XP
This is the complete roster of all the Faceless Men featured in Angelo Servo. In the story, the Faceless are thirteen (and possibly counting) beings who are apparently fabricated into existence; in other words, they do not really exist, yet they appear in the real world as ordinary human beings. How and why exactly, that's for me to know. What CAN be known is this-- the general purpose behind the Faceless' existence is to help their creator, the "Source", survive as he descends deeper and deeper into madness while trapped in Cuore. The Faceless, then, become the last grasps of reality the Source has left before it finally perishes.
In RPs where my AS story is used as the storyline, RPers have the option to changing the fate of the Faceless and/or the Source. The Faceless in which access to alternating their fates are in descending order-- Servo being the easiest to decide (as he is the Faceless you directly meet throughout the storyline), the second row being ones you also meet but you'd get a little out of your way to create an alternative fate, the third you'd have to go further out of your way (into Cuore, where these five always stay), and the little Prince in the bottom, the most difficult to reach. I have plotted out different endings for everyone to chose out of, but the ultimate goal for RPers to reach is to stop Cuore from swallowing up more souls into an emotional purgatory that is the Heart.

You've never seen him before because this is the first time he's submitted to DA
His name is Jean-Baptiste Dumoulin, a soldier who served 1795-1797 during Napoleon's campaign in what would be known as the Kingdom of Italy. He personally fought in the Napoleon's First Coalition after being lured to a better France during the Revolution, and he fought in battles all the way before the signing of the Treaty of Campo Formio, which would later have greater importance to the main AS story (at this time, due to the Treaty, Venice belongs to Austria). Dumoulin didn't live long enough to see Venice fall in the hands of Austria, but he "died" shortly after the birth of the titular character, Angelo Servo, who came to be to save children from villages invaded by Bonaparte's armies.
While the character is already "dead" during AS, you can meet him in Cuore, where his Faceless self lives in the Mansion at the Heart of Cuore.

The Faceless are not real men; they're fabricated (false) entities whose life spans are very short. By the time they die, however, they are not really dead per se; instead, their shells are sent to Cuore, where they stay for the rest of their days. Dumoulin is there.
