“She is so ugly.”

“Who did her hair? She looks like a six year old.”

“What is she wearing? Doesn't she know Converse are so last year?”

You hung your head as you walked through the halls of San Fransokyo High, tears welling up in your (color) irises. Ever since you found out you were telepathic, your life seemed to spiral out of control. You learned about your parents divorcing, how other people viewed you, about your boyfriends plans to dump you, and even how your “best friend” used you to get into the popular crowd. It made you sick to your stomach, you were absolutely disgusted with the way people thought and acted. You planned to dump your boyfriend as soon as you saw him, tell off your “best friend”, and even planned to have a talk with your mother and father.

You sniffled softly when you stepped out into the cold air of the city, pulling your jacket closer to you as you bounded down the cement steps, the soles of your shoes hitting the ground with a 'smack.' You shoved your way pass some cheerleaders and ran down the sidewalk, tears running down your face. Your vision was growing blurry as you ran around a corner, nearly knocking a boy down. You quickly apologized over your shoulder and continued running, catching glimpses of peoples thoughts. You tried to block out the voices in your head but they were just too strong.

“She's in a hurry, wonder what for.”

“She's running awfully fast, is she in trouble?”

“Hm... that's the girl from my physics class.”

“Her pants are ugly.”

More and more thoughts began to cloud your mind as you stopped and spun around quickly. Tears worked their way off your chin as you collapsed with your head in your hands. You felt an oncoming headache, and you tried to smash your skull in. You couldn't take it anymore, you wanted this curse to end, you wanted to be normal, you wanted to be accepted. Damn it, you wanted to be free!

“She looks like she's in trouble. Maybe I should go asks what's wrong... Oh, but Hiro told me to wait right here in case the robbers come back this way... But Tadashi told me to help in anyone I saw in need, and...”

“Stop thinking!” You screeched as loud as you possibly could, the block around you going completely silent. You felt all eyes on you as you crumpled forward on your elbows. You tried to take deep breaths to calm yourself, but you could still hear people. “Just stop! You're hurting my head! I can't hear myself think!, but I can hear everything you're thinking!” You pleaded as you clenched your fist tightly, trying to stand up.

“She's absolutely crazy. Someone put her in an asylum, please.”

You whipped your head around and growled, spotting a balding business man in a suit, giving you weird looks. “I am not crazy, you stupid old man!” You hissed at him, pointing at him accusingly as you gritted your teeth. “I am not going to an asylum either!”

The man gasped and blinked at you out of pure curiosity. His mouth was open, searching your unwavering form as you put your finger down. “S-Sorry.” He said meekly.

“Yeah, that's right! I can hear everything you stupid idiots are thinking.” You taunted, giving the crowd starting to form a pointed glare. You could hear murmurs within, questioning whether what you were saying was true. You let a small smirk slide on your face. “I've been able to hear you all for a while now, I know all of your deepest secrets.” Now, you were just kind of bluffing, but if you wanted to, you could know.

“Oh yeah? What am I thinking?” A voice rose above the crowd, challenging you.

You whipped your head around and stared at a small teen as he walked up through the parting crowd, his head tilted to the side. He looked to be Japanese-American, with thick, unruly kept black locks that stuck up in every direction, and determined light brown eyes. He was wearing a blue hoodie with a red robot shit underneath, khakis that stopped a little bit before his calves, and converse with bright yellow laces. Next to him was a tall, broad-shouldered man with snow white hair and bushy white eyebrows. He wore a black pair of jeans, a white hoodie with a red cross on the left breast and bright purple converse. The thing that intrigued you the most was his dark, ebony eyes that sparkled with curiosity.

You immediately recognized the tall man from earlier, and now seeing him up close, you realized he was really attractive. You blushed softly at the thought and turned to the shorter male, noticing he now wore an incredulous look as he studied you. You gave him a cocky smirk in return and focused all your energy onto him. You heard other thoughts beginning to bombard your head but you managed to ignore most of them.

“My names Hiro Hamada. I am 14 years old. I go to San Fransokyo Institute of Technology, or SFIT for short.” You said lightly, opening your eyes to look into his light chocolate orbs. You noticed the sparkle in his eyes, a smile lighting your features.

He wore a huge grin on his face and he laughed. The crowd leaned in closer, their mouths ajar. “That is so cool! T-That's exactly what I was thinking! You!” He stopped and grabbed your shoulders, pulling you down closer to him. “You're amazing.” You blushed slightly at the compliment and giggled.

“Do me next!” One woman shouted, shoving her way to the front.

“No! Me!” A man hissed and advanced towards you.

“I'll give you money to do me! How much you want? $100!” The balding business man from earlier offered.

The crowd moved in closer to you, nearly suffocating you as they closed in, separating you from Hiro and the tall fellow. You looked around frantically as the crowd swallowed you whole. You started calling out for someone to help you, the attention overwhelming you just a little bit. You felt something grab your hand and tug you, yelping when you were tossed over someones shoulder like a rag doll as your legs kicked to get free. “Thrusters, ten percent!” You looked over and saw a red helmet and felt the sickening motion of moving into the air. You closed your eyes and hung onto the figure tightly.

You felt the air billow past your face as you heard the crowd move farther and farther away. You finally came to a stop. “You can open your eyes now.” You heard a smooth voice in your ear, and you hesitantly opened your dilated pupils. You shrieked and tightened a hold on the red suited man out of pure fear. You took in your surroundings, if you thought the crowd was bad, then this was ten times worse. You were perched on top of the San Fransokyo bridge, and man, it was tall. You kicked and screamed as he began to put you down, his face plate sliding up to reveal the white-haired man from earlier. “H-Hey! Calm down before you fall.”

You quickly grabbed his arm and wrapped it around your waist to secure yourself, pressing your back into his chest plate as you stared down at the ground. Your heart was thundering in your ear as you looked down at the moving cars, not noticing the blush crawling on your saviors face. “G-Get me down from here!”

“Calm down! Your safe, I promise, I won't let go of you and I won't let you fall.” You turned your fearful eyes onto his form in disbelief and stared. How was he so calm about this? One wrong move and you could potentially fall to your death! That would scare anyone. You realized he was speaking to you again. “Just take deep breaths, Hiro should be here soon.”

You quaked in your skin and held on tight to his arm, doing exactly as you were told. In. Out. In. Out. You eventually calmed yourself down and looked around again. You could see the lights from your beloved city slowly turn on as the sun began to set. It was really beautiful from up high, you noticed. “Thank you.” You murmured.

“No, we should be thanking you. That was really cool back there.” Hiro said softly as he came around from behind the white-haired man. You noticed he wore a blue and red suit, his faceplate pushed up so he could speak. “My names Hiro, but you already knew that because you read my mind, and this is my best friend and partner, Baymax.”

You looked up from Hiro to Baymax and gulped. “Pleased to make your acquaintance.” Baymax smiled and grinned, showing off the cute dimples he had.

“You. You two just technically kidnapped me and act all casual about it. Do you do this often?”

“Hey! We just saved your tush from getting mobbed.” Hiro objected with a snort. “You should be thankful!”

“Hey, hey, hey!” Baymax put a hand on his partners shoulder to calm him down. “Yelling doesn't help.” You smirked when he pulled you closer. “Anyway, what's your name?” He turned his gaze back onto you with another dimpled smile.

“I-I'm (Name). Nice to meet both of you.” You smiled and looked from Baymax to Hiro. “So what are you guys supposed to be?” Hiro exchanged glances with Baymax before turning his eyes back to you.

“We're superheros.” They said in unison.

“From Big Hero 6. We're the ones who stopped Callaghan from destroying the city a few months ago.” Hiro explained. “He stole my microbots and tried to destroy Krei Corporations because Krei almost killed his daughter, but we saved her and put Callaghan in jail.”

“That was you guys?” You asked in disbelief with an amused look. “I don't believe you.”

“We're telling the truth.” Baymax spoke up now, his ebony eyes searching your own when you turned your head to look up at him.

“Oh please!” You laughed again and wiped a tear away. “As if I would actually believe that bologna. Your probably just two of those cosplaying people. Nice try though.”

“Don't believe us?” Hiro smirked and grabbed your arm, pushing you towards the edge of the giant red pillar.

“Hiro! This is really illogical!” Baymax shouted when he noticed your fearful face.

“D-Don't you...” You started.

He let go.

And you fell towards the water at a rapid pace. “Dare!” You screeched as you rocketed towards the water, your arms flailing everywhere.

“(Name)!” You heard Baymax yell and opened your eyes and watched as Baymax began his descent towards you, his thrusters at full blast. You gasped when you landed on his back, your arms going up to wrap around his neck.

Over the vicious wind you heard Hiro laugh. “Would any cosplayer do that?” He called as he rocketed towards the two of you, a grin on his face.

“I guess not, but when we get down, I am going to fucking kill you!” You screeched as your embrace tightened.

Baymax chuckled at the two of you as you zoomed through the city, a big grin stretching on his face when he saw your awe-struck look. San Fransokyo was absolutely beautiful at night, the bright neon lights illuminating the sky as you zipped around buildings. You smiled at Hiro when he flew ahead of you and did a trick, a grin forming on his lips.

Several hours later you landed in front of your house, a smile on your face as you gave both Baymax and Hiro a hug. “Thank you guys. For saving me and just... everything. Ever since I found out I was telepathic, I learned that people weren't as nice as I thought, but you guys made it all better. Please, I have to repay you both somehow.”

Hiro looked at Baymax before giving you a sly grin, noticing the blush Baymax had on his face as he stared at you. “Well, there is something...”

Thus, Big Hero 6 became Big Hero 7.
