Description First you need to make this: [link]

The lid is very easy to make The measurements i mention here are just to explain how to make the box, don't take them literally

The last flap (named 9mm flap here) should be a bit smaller then the first flap (the 11mm flap) because otherwise you would have to be laser-precise to make it fit perfectly. Even a 0,2mm difference looks messy. so you just make the last flap a bit narrower and everything is peachy

If you ever decide to use this tutorial please take a pic and send me a link, i'd love to see your boxes

This is exactly what I have been looking for. I was wondering what kind of materials is needed to make it. I just got in to an Emporian Artisan & Vintage Marketplace and need to get packaging now. I dont know what kind of card stock? or what to get. It will be for jewelry of course. I have baught a couple of your tutorials btw. you can email me the answer so I get it faster if you dont mind. moonseekerdesigns6@gmail.com

Thanks! File sounds good to me! I have a million empty cereal boxes I was gonna use for something else, but never did, so I think I'm gonna give this a try with some of them! Hope they won't be too thick...

Thank you!

I used a file instead of a pencil to draw the lines
But you can use any kind of a semi-blunt metal object. An empty ball point pen maybe

Just tried this tut, used some scrap scarpbooking paper. Didn't put the wire in though as I couldn't find it. I think I'll use a thicker paper next time and make a template so I don't have to measure AND cut a million boxes - just cut xp

Thanks for this!~ ^^

It would, you'd just have to adjust the measurements accordingly
