Occupation: Model, Make-up Artist

Personality: Demura is beauty, grace and perfection, all wound up into one horse. Or, at least, thats what she believes. A fanatic of beauty products and specialty clothing (mostly made by her mother) Demura does her best to live her life reaching to be the best model in Canterlot city. She is cunning, and smarter than she looks, and can sometimes use her looks to manipulate others. That said, she is not a bad pony. The funds that are left over from paying for rent and other things is often donated to the Canterlot Orphanage, where she also volunteers at when the limelight has dimmed on her, and is absolutely amazing at taking care of the kids and making them feel special and wanted.

Relationships:
Demura gets along with her parents, for the most part. Her mother is very close to her as the two work with eachother, Rarity making the dresses and Demura modeling for her down the catwalk, or in the streets. Often, she will beg her mother to donate a new set of clothes to the orphanage. However, she doesn't get along nearly as well as with her father, as he often wasn't home in his line of work, discovering new restaurants in new places. He missed one or two of her birthdays but always sent lots of gifts and cards in his travels, and the moments he was back he was loving and devoted to his daughter.

Demura is best friends with Fizzlepop, despite a rift that was formed between them in their teenage years, and have known eachother since they were babies. She is completely aware of his old crush for her, and often makes him meet other mares that she think would suit him. Despite the negative way she used to treat him, Demura is protective of her chubby best friend.

Demura doesn't know much about Everfree, but gets along with her just fine, when she occasionally accompanies them to lunch or movies.

Notes:
- Demura is recovering from Bulemia Nervosa, which she started in her early teenage years to keep up with modeling. Fizzlepop has been there for her at all times, whether holding her hair back while she vomits, or comforting her and telling her its okay. With his help she's begun to recover, and manages to eat healthy enough, but still often has thoughts of doing it.
- Demura went through a mean phase in her teenage years as well, as she started hanging out with the stuck up daughters of Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. She pushed away and bullied her best friend for being fat and gross. It took a long time for him to forgive her, and she still hasn't forgiven herself.
- She has a soft spot for exploring, thanks to her father, but typically doesn't engage unless in rare occasions.
- Demura has had many flings with lots of ponies.
