I get gentle papa vibes from Adi here, it's so sweet ;; I know they're likely going to be a ship, but it feels like since he never got a chance to be a father to his fawn, he's starting to get that chance with Sanatani and is developing nurturing and protective feelings towards her, as if she's becoming a surrogate daughter, which would be ironic since it's dholes who took his biological child away. I know I'm likely very incorrect but it's a thought I had at least XD
Random headcanons out of the way, I know I've commented on this before, but the way you handle colors is honestly astonishing. It reminds me of classic Disney movies like Bambi where the environment's colors would reflect and help establish the mood. You do that in a similar way so well and it looks gorgeous here!

This is the first time I'm seeing it happen, and I honestly think it's cute how their relationship has evolved, and now they have grown somewhat comfortable around each other. They've grown to be at least comfortable enough to comfort each other, and that's truly something.
