So sweet. This is probably my favorite page so far. Just hits you right in the feels, you know? XD He's there for her. In spite of everything, he is there when she needs him. And it says something that, in her distress, she ran right to him, whether on purpose or subconsciously. Really speaks volumes about how much they've bonded. And the scene with them laying down cuddling together is so cute!
I honestly don't know whether I see them as father/daughter or ship them. Both interpretations are equally as plausible and valid at this point. Right now it seems more father-daughter to me, but who knows? The next few pages could change everything. Either way I like it.

I look forward to seeing more pages of this every day xD The story is really interesting so far and this page is really touching and a great example of how far their friendship has progressed. They might not know all that much about each other but there's definitely trust and a good foundation for a stronger friendship.
