Description As per the vote I put up in my discord server, (I posted a text post with the link to it a while ago if you want in) Ichthyovenator was the next creature to be finished.  The goal with this one was to design an aquatic equivalent to the Yutyrannus.  I also wanted to make sure it was still distinct from the terrestrial buffer though, so I'm planning on making the effects slightly different

Common Name: Ichthyovenator
Species: Ichthyovenator Murexabdomenis
Diet: Piscivore
Time: Early Cretaceous
Temperament: Aggressive

WILD
Despite the apparent inability of its other spinosaurid relatives to survive in the harsh dry conditions of the desert, Ichthyovenator is able to eke out a living, but only just barely.  I believe that the key to I. murexabdomenis' survival is the strange function of its humps.  Eache secretes a different blend of chemicals for different purposes.  One a highly effective lure for fish, kicking them into a feeding frenzy so intense, they hardly notice when they are speared on Ichthyovenator's talons and bludgeoned to death on its signature armored belly.  The other chemical speeds up healing and dampens pain.  Ichthyovenator is constantly in fights, either for control over very limited aquatic territory or against large prey items, so it needs to be peak condition at all times.

Ichthyovenator may have a thin skull designed more fore gripping slippery prey like fish than rending flesh like other carnivores, but this does not keep it from being a deadly adversary.  To make up for its relatively weak bite, Ichthyovenator carries a set of thick, powerful claws, the largest of which are easily the size of my forearm.  Another one of I. murexabdomenis' unique features is an armored belly.  Ichthyovenator swims upside down, so this most likely developed to mitigate suprise attacks from above.  It also makes use of this as a tool for dispatching prey, bashing it against the armor to stun it.

DOMESTICATED
Tribes that seek control over the scarce water sources in the desert find Ichthyovenator invaluable.  The chemicals it can secrete from its back have some use in supporting allies in aquatic battles.  Its healing capabilityes can keep its comrades alive, while the ability to incite a feeding frenzy can add the ferocity needed to win a seemingly one-side battle
