Hi there!It took me quite a long time to decide where to put this matte painting.
Finally it ended up here in the digital painting section, since I had more paint work to do then manipulation.
I think it's a good mix between photo manipulation and digital painting. 50/50
The character is Sophie Collier aka lockstock ([link] )! Thank you!
It's entirely done with Photoshop CS. (yes, it's still the old version!)

its quite easy to tell which bits are photo and which are you.. the sky and other photo bits are far lower quality than the painted bits
