Description Hi there deviants!

Actually I wanted to stop after the line drawing.
Currently I'm trying to learn some free hand perspective drawing techniques.

View the constructed line sketch here: [link]
As I said, it's just a loose drawing exercise I did for fun in Painter. ... practise, you know
Primarly I used the camel hair brush of Ryan Church's excellent brush library: [link]

The Rendering I did via Photoshop and Painter ... It took me a while

Thanks for viewing!

Very moving drawing. I'd just like to say that you dont need a horizontal stabiliser when your elevators form a V shape.
You can basically use "V-Tail" configuration. So when you loose a surface it helps reducing drag. Less drag, more speed!

Well, its interesting to see this type subject matter from you. Very slick, it looks like a soviet jet hybrid. The prop is a bit dark in the inner part (the black) usually in a photographic ideal, that part is left more as a haze, the yellow tips show fine, just add more of a radial blur to the edges. Just a little nit pick Great work. L

Thanks for your comment! It's my first plane painting.
I think I got the wings a bit to short.

Awesome work...you got enough detail into the planes while still retaining it's sense of speed.

I love it, but I don't think that wingstructure would allow it to fly very well. Physics has made me too realistic. hehe sorry.

I don't think this is as good as some of your other works. Usualy you have more contrast. The city in the back ground does not seem to have any real shadows. It's still realy good!

I dig how far back you placed the cockpit. It creates a sense of the pilot being pulled, like in a chariot, rather than being pushed as in a rocket.

Cheers.
