The example I give in the beginning is maybe not that sharp and textured but I like this level of smoothyness. If you dont like it to be that smooth you can still add a USM like I say in part 2 of the tutorial.. and at the bottem of part 2 i have a 100% view of the textured skin.. that would be better for you maybe

this is nice, but there is more faster step. this needs to much time. try using "reduce noise" filter and masking + h.b.
