One of the Glutton Queen's favorite uses for Lipomancy was to take advantage of its abilities to transmute caloric energy into pure magic and thus transfer that energy from one target to another. Most often she would use this on prisoners or servants that had displeased her, as the spells to do so were comparatively simple for living beings. However, there were, on some occasions, instances where calories would be stored within inanimate objects as well.

The items enchanted in this manner would be extremely volatile, transferring this pent-up energy into any living thing they made contact with over an extended period of time. As the original source of this stored caloric energy would most often be the Glutton Queen herself, this would have absolutely devastating effects upon the bodies of anyone unfortunate enough to come into contact with such cursed objects. Fortunately, due to the unstable nature if such enchantments, the flow of magical energy can often be reversed if contact is broken before the transference is complete. If the object in question is a wearable item however, then far too often this is easier said than done.

The eleventh day's prompt for Octummber2k20 is "Treasure", and from the start I had intended to do something with an adventurer stealing a cursed object from a treasury and risking becoming too fat to return it.

Originally I had intended this to be a simple bowl or chalice, but as I was getting ready to draw the sketch, the much more devious idea of said adventurer getting into a whole mess of cursed jewelry struck me with inspiration.

Thus, here we have my poor barbarian wolfess, Johanna Thunderpaw, once again unwillingly packing on an immense amount of weight. Looks like the wolfess has stumbled across some particularly fat loot she discovered in one of The Lipomancer's treasure vaults.

Is only one of the objects the one that's cursed with this weight gain spell, or is it all of them? By the time she's figured out what's happening to her, she's already become so monumentally obese that she outgrew almost all of her clothing... except, of course, the enchanted jewelry. Looks like Johanna better take it all off before she's too fat to reach any of it...

Or before all that lovely loot becomes almost permanently wedged into her flabby body...
