NOTE: Somewhat outdated/obsoleted with my current HC/AU nowSome fictitious flag designs I've come up with, please tell me what you think of them!
I'm still working on some more, e.g for Ponyville, Canterlot etc.
-please note the colours are slightly off due to DA's compression.
Except the ones credited at the top, all flag designs belong to me, and may not be reproduced or recreated without my permission.

This is quite interesting! I can actually see these being used for the actual show, they do have that insight most flags use and need to be an ideal representation of the country they're of. I also like the choice of colours you had for each flag, they're not colours that compete for attention. It's curious, because there'll be no pun intended here: they do bring harmony when tied together, haha. I also enjoyed reading the explanations, it'd be easy to find this as an actual explanation for the show.
Each design looks very well done, not rushed at all. I can tell you did have some preparation and planning for each of them (even if, in essence, they're quite simple themselves).Β Very good job, indeed!
