Jareth the Goblin King, played by David Bowie in the 1986 movie Labyrinth, playing Magic: The Gathering. Yes. I did.

So two of my most recent obsessions have been Labyrinth and Magic. I got the idea for this one night while playing Magic with my friends. I think the Goblin King would play a Goblin deck, don't you think (ignore me if you don't get it)? I can just see him getting frustrated and way too competitive while playing. A game involving magic?! Not that kind of magic, Jareth...

I've had this sketched for months, but being away at school I haven't had a chance to finish it. I rather like how the hair came out on this one.... Tell me what you think.

The line is obviously from Magic Dance, and the title is taken from the Queen song of the same title (a band I've been listening to quite a lot of lately); I found it fitting. I do not own Labyrinth, Magic: The Gathering, or Queen! But I all of them. I'm such a nerd.
