I hear they're doing an animated trailer for BARTKIRA , and I want in.

I don't gotta take this particular scene, but I remember being really struck by this moment in the film when I first saw it as a kid. 10 minutes into the movie, it's an early moment of ultraviolence that really emphasized to me, way back in 1988-89, that this movie was not like other animated films. It's a part of the original theatrical trailer, so they might include it in the trailer project.

Besides, the casting just seemed too perfect to pass up. I've never actually had to draw anything in The Simpsons style before... not bad for a first try, eh?

SO, quick-n-dirty sample, took about an hour to mock up. CS 5.1 on the ol' Cintiq 21UX. If I get picked up for the trailer, I'll be sure to shout out about it.
