Description
This little duckling -- who's gender remains to be seen -- is the calmest duckling I've ever photographed. The entire time I took its portrait, it remained quiet, calm, & sweet.

As a child I had a pet goose, raised from an egg, and he was an excellent companion. Sister thought I was strange for having a goose swim in the bathtub, but I didn't mind. Only problem was he didn't like the other geese, who weren't raised from egg to like us humans. So I suppose it's best that the baby duck gets to socialize with the other ducks.
