Hello everyone, It has come to my attention that people are having issues with the program. I didn't make the program i cannot help you if you have issues with your models not working of say transform view isnt working.
The system Requirements are just that Requirements.
You must download those programs and install them if you wish to use the program, no if's and's or but's about it.

If its not opening you need to install Visual C++ 2010 AND .NET 4.5 or Higher.
If Transform view wont show a model you need DirectX.
If you get the spam of DL errors in the beginning its because your missing DirectX
and you have failed to unblock the folder as they have brought it back with windows 10 & 11.
If its an OS problem then i don't know what to tell you, I didn't make the program.
You WILL need to google and search all of the programs yourself as Microsoft has this habit of changing where they house their stuff so putting links
in will be a waste of time if they change it again.

Please do not ask me to make stuff for PMX, i didn't make the program only translated it.
If you have trouble downloading the program retry it, you will need 7ZIP as the files are Zipped with 7ZIP.

If these don't cover the most of hte issue your having and you have done everything above correctly,
it might just be your PC is to old, or the graphics card cant handle the models your trying to use.

I shouldn't have to spell all of this out for people. It's all right below in my original post what you need. Read the Post then download
the program before you spam me with comments on how it didn't work because you chose to click fast over reading.

So here I have spent weeks on this translation and i finally have it done!
Included with this translation is the whole program full translated into english from top to bottom (With some exceptions)
Each plugin has been translated from the bottom up, along with a few user plugins being added, those include High-Ploygonization, Semi-Standard Bone Plugin, UV Editor and more.
The plugins that i included from EosCustoms3D translation are inside the folder and have his signature name on them.

Please comment if you run across any issues with the translation at all.

RigidBody Gravity Balancer - DropBox
Bone Frame Editor - DropBox
DDS Conversion Tool - DropBox (NOTE: Put the nvcompress folder in the main PMX folder, you'll get a bunch of errors if you place it in the plugin folder. )

Remember:
"Unblock" the .zip file before extracting it, as some have been having issues on all versions of windows including windows 10.
If you do not unblock the file you'll end up missing some .dll files and getting alot of plugin errors.

You will also need 7Zip to unzip the .7z files.

CPU: SSE1 or higher
