my art trade with
her character Uhan :
;u;b I have finished my 12 color crayola challenge! It was so fun using all the colors and learning how to shade differently!
My challenge was to use only 12 colored pencils from a crayola colored pencil set and see what I can do with them. this is what happened.
Why did I do this? To show that you do not need fancy materials to make art. If you love to draw the materials come to you and you learn how to use whatever you have.

how did you manage to..like have everything colored? when i use crayolas there's always small white parts from the texture of the paper;;;
or do you just press hard? o-o

The thing I do is normally...ok you can approach this problem two ways.
one way is to color in a circular motion and trying to fill up as many white dots as possible
or the other way...which is the way I use the most is to get a white colored pencil..and once you have your "first base" of colors layed out, blend them all together with white by pressing down as hard as you can. It helps create a very smooth and well blended color.

I love how wide the eyes are. A sign of purity, but held in the grip of a blood red snake, the opposite of purity. Swaddled in the hold of the leaves. Such brilliant colors. Overall, an amazing piece!
