Believe it or not, but Neo is actually one of my most loathed characters in RWBY.
Just that sickeningly sweet and pretty demeanor belying that sociopathic/psychopathic nature... reminds me of Umbridge.
Like diabetes by venom.
But hey, completely personal. I can understand why she's still so favored and loved everyone.
