EDIT: xD Fixed a typo
So pre Volume 5 I was saying I was going to make fanart... and then I didn't... xD Sorry!
However I've gotten some RWBY fuel back so here you go! Volume 5 fanart!
This was by far one of my favorite lines in the whole Volume, it just spoke VOLUMES. And showed how much Blake had overcome her fear of Adam, and how he was so much more powerless without that hold on her mind.
I was kinda doing some 'fake anime screenshots thing' so it ended up like this, not an exact replica of the original scene, but the way I liked it.

It would not be too far Fetched that her powers are a Counter to Rogue Maidens
Alongside being strong against Grimm

Actually they don't. At that point Raven was in the room and suffered nothing from Ruby's eyes. The reason Cinder is affected is because of her Grimm arm.
Right now I'm thinking Cinder just isn't dead honestly. xD

but that was because Emerald Knocked her out before she got off the full blast
cause remember what happened to Cinder the last time she came in contact with that ability
she lost her arm and eye
i have several doubts on her being alive. Namely falling into a Bottomless pit and also being Frozen
