Excellent reimagining of the Dominators. If they were brought back to the current series, they should use your design. Love it!

Badass design, very lordly yet brutish look. I'm surprised they'd come up with an alien race that supposedly rules over 10 galaxies but have yet to do any new stories about them...These guys should be all over the universe with the Timelords gone and the Daleks getting themselves killed off every other season XD

I think the BBC and the Dominators creators had a falling out....so unless bridges are made...no Dominators or Quarks

Quite the improvement. In the original episode, they were said to control multiple galaxies. Now I can start believing it.

If memory serves true The Quarks have been a staple fav of other media Who. Appearing in comics, novels and audio dramas. As far as I know though they had liberated themselfs from The Dominators and worked alone as I don't think they ever made another appearence. Ah well, putting canon aside I love this re-envisionment. Top dollar.

Yep BBC and the episodes writer got into a spat and were unable to use them again. Th Quarks were meant to be heavies to replace the Daleks....as Terry Nation was trying to leave the show with them to do Dalek shows and movies.

What can I say? Even given the low budget for FX at the the time, it would have been hard to do them justice.
