Description
A female Ice Warrior from Doctor Who. I drew her to be the focus of a Doctor Who RPG adventure I'm writing for a fanzine. I haven't written adventures out for a long while so It's gonna take a while. However, it gives me more excuses to draw.

I saw Cold War.....not the greatest Ice Warrior episode I've seen. But hopefully something else will come of it in the future

With all the rumours of budget cuts to the show it's not likely they will get a cameo. I assume the original costumes are long gone. So all we can hope is they invest in the creation of an Ice warriors story so we can see them a frequently as the Daleks.

we could get that guy who did that fan film with the ice warriors to do it, he did a decent job reviving them for his fan film fire and ice. Plus these days its probably easier to do a cgi alien than make an outfit, I think....

Nope....CGI is one of the biggest budget complaints from the BBC concerning the show. They are asking for less cgi. Costumes nowadays would be cheaper and quicker to make.
I've never seen the Ice Warrior fan film.
I've seen only, Cyberon, Shakedown, Downtime, Zygon, the Stranger series and Airzone Solution

I liked the stranger series and the airzone solution and I guess they could ask for fans' help on it for ya know they would do anything for the show

It's why a lot of Doctor Who exhisits the way it does. Fans have supported and created for it. Without fans there would be no audio recordings of the shows or even video of some. The Daleks...the first appearace of them fas saved by a fan from being burned.

A fan working at the BBC saved the print of the Daleks first story from being burned. He grabbed the film from the burn pile and kept it. Now we are able to see William Hartnell vs The Daleks because of him.

Wow...that is a lot of characters running around. Ben and Polly are the companions? This has got to be an alternate time line thing right?
Who is the feature villain? Who is the bad guy the Doctor must thwart? The Master, The Rani, Jack the Ripper, The Cybermen?
I think you will find that doing an audio play with too much going on will be hard for a listener to grasp. I've done two Doctor Who movies and one audio play....and I think your plot and feature villain would be enough. After all your listeners won't know who they are hearing in episode one. They have to familiarize themselves with the voices. Don't overload your audience.

its not one adventure its several adventures and its an alternate timeline like what if the seventh doctor regenerated in 1994 instead of 96? Also its four adventures instead of one. There is the cybermen in one. Then the rani in the next, then the master in the next one, plus I'm basing them on the doctor who rpg and they rped these adventures out I'm just retconing it a bit.

really what happened with your adventure? Also I might do more with my eighth doctor after I have completed the audio adventures of him because I kind of promised myself and a few people that I would try to do adventures for each doctor for the rpg.

After the failed invasion of Earth (Seeds of Death) where most of the Martian military was destroyed and shortly after the events of "The Waters of Mars" Humans begin to colonize Mars. The Ice Warrior survivors fear a full invasion and retribution for the previous Martian hostilities to Earth. The Grand Marshall's daughter leads a large group of survivors and hopes she can lead her people to peaceful contact and mutual cooperation with the Earth people. However, there are militants on both sides. Martians who feel a military solution is their only hope and Humans who want the Martian technologies and vengence for previous attacks on Earth.
Fortunately The Inspector gets involved and with a bit of shared danger and intrigue a peaceful accord is reached and the Grand Marshall's daughter is crowned Queen of Mars.

very cool well mine was that the professor landed in Miami and found that it was snowing and freezing cold, quite the opposite of what Miami was, especially in June. He had come to get some rest and relaxation but thought this needed investigating. He then found there were temporal anomalies all over and wondered how this could be then a shape-shifter named Saphronia came from another world and time to earth as did a 19th century pick pocket boy named Ben. They together went to find the cause and he found it in Alaska. They took the Tardis there only traveling spatially the professor fearing that traveling through time might land them through one of the time anomalies along the entire earth, apparently the ice and cold was not covering just Miami but the whole of the earth as well! Then the professor found a large ice structure full of ice warriors with a time machine and weather machine and apparently they were led by the sovereign, the professor's archenemy who would be the master. The professor and companions find the sovereign and the professor figures out he is not the sovereign but a mind manipulating alien from Saphronia's home-world who enslaved her race and the professor was able to disable the machines for the alien wanted to use the machine to go home and conquer for he fell through a crack in time on earth. So he tried to use his mind games on the professor and companions and the professor was able to help them fight it all but Saphronia attacked the alien and the professor had to calm her down and succeeded but then the alien attacked her mind again causing her to attack more viciously killing the alien, she didn't even mean to and the professor felt he failed her and that day, even though he freed the ice warriors minds, earth from ice weather and closed all the time anomalies he still felt he failed. He got them back and talked with her, she really was a child really, being a shape-shifter it was hard to tell but she was and he helped talk with her and they made up and Ben was along as well it was like he had two kids to travel with and it had been a long time since he had children aboard so he thought they should go somewhere nice, the eye of orion for one so they went off and that was the end of the adventure.

It's good it all turned out the way it did it could have been much worse. I've lost a companion to a Zygon commander, who killed her because I wouldn't divulge information on time technology. The Inspector has always regretted her death terribly but because of his convictions would never have done different.

I'm sorry to hear that perhaps one of the universes we could appear in was yours when we escape this reality during "opening the pandorica" and "Big bang" and well the professor thought he could have done somthing different, attacked him head on, used his mental powers to shut him down but he can't change it, it happened and nothing can change really without causing a paradox and they had enough with that alien's time machine.

I like this a LOT! Sadly, the Ice Warriors seem to be a totally male-dominated culture so she may be in for some tough times, however, this is still a great drawing and I beg you to keep up the good work! The BBC WISHES they had people like you working for them!
