I thought I should make up a cool Romulan ship...without looking like a NOT Romulan ship. I like the War Birds of TNG....but there are a real change from TOS

Perhaps the intermediate design between the Decius class war bird (TNG) and the Bird of Prey (TOS) looked something like this? It has characteristics of both designs, making it a logical transition point.
The Romulans (or Rhianshu if you prefer) had some really cool looking ships.
