My ideas for the Windows release after 7.
It shows a few new ideas: Instead of Quick Launch, pressing the Windows key shows a circular dock, with links to several applications, and buttons to log out, shut down, and show the desktop. In the start menu, the items in the Programs List grow and shrink, depending on their position. Only the name of the currently selected program is shown.
All programs now have simplified names: 'Windows Live Messenger' is now just 'Messenger', 'Windows Live Mail' is now just 'Mail', and 'Windows Media Player' becomes 'Media Player'.
The 'Windows Marketplace' is now an application similar to the iPhone's 'App Store', where you can easily download and install new software, as well as music, movies, themes, and wallpapers.
