Taken at the post MangaNEXT Mitsuwa run last fall. I'm sure we stood out extra for the 2 of us in Pokemon hoodies. I'll post more pictures later.Debuted at: AnimeBoston 08
Time taken to complete: about 10 to 12 hours on the hoodie and about 4 to 5 on the shorts.
Character: Sandshrew (Gijinka - Humanized version)
Series or Game: Pokemon
Inspiration for cosplay: Those asses , , and posted pictures of the Gijinka Pokemon all over LJ. So figured I had just enough time to make one of the simpler ones.

Thanks, though I don't actually suggest THIS specific hoodie for school. The tail is packed a little TOO tightly to make it comfortable to sit in chairs with. So unless there's a large gaping hole in the back of your school chairs it'd be awkward.

You can find patterns for hoodies at any major fabric store. Mine came from Joanns. The rest is just experience mostly.
