I think this is one of my better pieces, alittle more complicated.
I tried to stay as close to the original picture as possible while adding some of my own style.
I think it works well and I like this design.

Yeah, it's sort of like a cutie-mark only it doesn't have anything to do with some sort of special talent.
It's just a birth mark, some have just a bunch of dots, others have ones that takes specific shapes. Like a flower in this case with Nivalia.
The reason for the flower was because her horns reminded me of rose thorns.
Wouldn't want her charging at me head first.

Oddly enough I never thought of her using her horns offensively. Now that you mention it... Yeah that would hurt a lot.

Then she lifts you up and throws you, now with five new holes in you.
One in the gut and four in the chest.

Maybe she's can control plants and use them against her foes. And her Favorite way to do so is to use the roots of thorn bushes to wrap around her foes and hold them in place until she can finish them off.

Quick question about Raziel. I'm about 2/3 the way done with the story with him, Nivalia, and Foxtrot. When he's in changeling form, does he fight with just his magic or does he use any physical weapons?

He uses both.
Magic wise he uses energy blasts for long range. He can also command shadows, covering himself with them and disappearing into darkness.
For weapons he uses twin swords, they attach to his front legs and with a flick of his arm he unsheathes them. They're basically oversized switchblades.
But remember, he never kills. He will injure someone, cutting them, breaking their legs, knocking them out. But he never kills, it's his most sacred rule and he never breaks it. Even for people who have done great evil.
Now you might be wondering why he uses swords but never kills.
Simply put it's a test of his will. He has the option to kill and at times he thinks he should kill. But he always holds back and never gives a finishing blow.

It's one of my head-canon things. Basically every changling has a unique birthmark on their neck. Helps diversify them from each other.
