Who's the fellow between the smurf and Wiccan, only name that comes to mind is Apollo, but he doesn't look anything like the Midnighter's husband.

Shatterstar is not gay. He is canon bisexual (or omnisexual, if you prefer). His boyfriend Rictor is also bisexual.

Although Shatterstar is romantically/emotively committed to Rictor, whom he now calls his boyfriend, he's known to have/have had until recent times sexual encounters with men and women alike and he still expresses appreciation for both.
Rictor had romantic and sexual relationships with women in the past - the last one being Wolfsbane - and is now fully committed to Shatterstar.

People who are gay can sometimes start out "trying to" be with women, before they fully accept themselves, these are not necessarily bisexual, just not a "gold star gay".

You are right, and sexuality is fluid, too, so it's possible for someone to think they are or to actually be of one orientation for years and change later. That being said, in the Marvel canon, Shatterstar is a former asexual and now omnisexual, and Rictor is bisexual.

If videogames counts, there's two special characters to ad x3 Major Ivan Raidenovich Raikov, Colonel Yevgeny Borisovitch Volgin and Vamp from Metal Gear Solid Saga
In MGS2, Snake reveal in a codec-converstion that Vamp is Bisexual, that had a romace with Scott Dolph (You aslso can include him)
Raikov is Volgin's lover in MGS3. Raikov is gay, but Volgin is bisexual, that had a relation with Tatyana (called also EVA or Big Mamma in MGS4)
