Description
I decided to sumbit it
When I saw that scene in the movie where Fungus startles Randall, and Randall puts his hand on his heart, I wondered "where are all his other organs? He's so long and skinny. Where does everything go in there?"
So I made this.
I used human, snake, lizard, and dolphin anatomy as reference
I don't think this needs a mature warning

This is good, and the color coding unique and helpful, but I'm curious as to whether you meant to only give Randall one lung, or if it just looks like that in this cut-away view. I know that most snakes, with the exception of Boas, have only one lung, one kidney, and indeed only one of pretty much everything of which we mammals have two, but then, snakes don't NEED more than one, and of course, most snakes don't have space in their narrow, cylindrical bodies for paired organs. Then again, no snake could even come close to the activity level shown by Randall, either, even if they were warm-blooded. They simply don't have the lung or heart capacity and their one kidney can't remove the wastes that would build up in their blood fast enough. Also, Randall, unlike a snake, has a distinct thoracic and a distinct abdominal region, separated by a diaphrahm, so his liver and stomach would be in his abdomen, which starts below his second pair of arms, giving plenty of space for a well-developed pair of lungs and a four-chambered heart in his chest cavity. Randall's torso is actually not as skinny as it looks; keep in mind that most of the time, we only have two other monsters for close reference with regards to size: Mike, who is almost a sphere, and Sulley, who's like 8 feet tall and weighs nearly a ton! Heck, a Sumo wrestler would look skinny and slight next to that guy! Randall's torso is roughly the same width as that of most humans, and quite a bit longer, and his lung capacity almost certainly exceeds ours by a long shot(mine especially).

No. He doesn't have one lung
It just looks that way because his liver and pancreas are blocking the other one.
He has also 2 kidneys, but the it's behind his intestine. Try enlarging the image
I made his stomach long because he probably would need to eat a lot to fuel such a large body (12 feet long, 275 lbs). Especially because he has to move so fast
Randall is DEFINATELY not as skinny as he looks. He's probably wider than me (I'm very skinny)
btw, Sulley is 7'6" and 1,460 lbs!
