It is a good picture of Apollo, it is just not the Authority Apollo. ^^ This is simply a picture of the God Apollo. 
If you want, I can give you some links to normal Authority Apollo's. If not, good job none the less.

Some more off the top of my head are the second Question (Renee Montoya), Daken Akihiro (Dark Wolverine), Rictor and Shatterstar from X-Factor, Rawhide Kid, and minor characters Silhouette, Captain Metropolis (Nelson) and Hooded Justice (Rolph) from Watchmen (evidence is stated in the extras after each issue).
But yeah. Good list, otherwise. I didn't even know that a lot of these characters were queer.

I think that because of Scooby Doo Mystery Inc, Velma's gonna be crossed off of that list. Supposedly the writers even said they put Shaggy and Velma together to swash any and all claims she's a lesbian.
Personally...I think she's more bi. But hell, I think Daria and Britney make a good couple...

It doesn't play a major part in the story, but implied especially by the movie. In the beginning of the film, he's standing in a crowd of what I assume to be a gay pride parade, complete with The Village People. Overload of purple triangles. At the end of the film, he has a "boys" folder on his computer, which was more of a joke than anything else. His sexuality was questioned earlier in the comic by another character and it kind of flew from there. If anything, he's just very ambiguous.
