I lost the bug...and then it hit me again! It's almost Halloween, so I had to get some more Casper fanart in!Despite the lazy-as-all-get-out background, I really like this one. Especially the layout - it could almost be the cover of a comic book!
Kat and Casper are enjoying the view (of different things of course, hehe), Fatso is charmed by them, Stinkie is howling at the moon, and Stretch is scowling at everyone, cursing their good moods, haha!

I always liked the idea that if Stretch wasn't around to be the ring leader and kind of peer pressure them into being cruel, that Fatso and Stinkie probably wouldn't be half as bad. ^_^

I agree, the layout is pretty aces. The entire emotional dynamic of the scene is nice, in fact. Kat and Casper make a good strong center, while the Trio's varying reactions (or lack thereof in Stinky's case X3) complement the scene just right. I especially like Stretch's grumpy old scowl; it's not only well-rendered, it plays well to the overall emotion of the scene and fits the character excellently. Nice job on Kat's hair, too; that little sense of flow to it is just right.

At this point, I'm actually not surprised to hear that; we seem to operate on similar wavelengths artistically, I've begun to notice. Which, to my mind, is pretty cool.
