Chapter 12 - The bounty on Zim.

Back at the Massive's throne room, there were many Irken's gathering around, waiting for the Tallest to give out their announcements.
Finally, both of them came out with a (somewhat stupid) dramatic effects with their introduction.
"Invaders and citizens of Irk, i present you with the Tallest!" said one of the drones.
"Greetings fellow Irkens, invaders or otherwise, tonight you all be assigned for a new special mission, rewarding beyond your wildest imaginations" said Tallest Red.
"Yes, it seems we have a constant threat for our Impending Doom II that must be eliminated" followed Purple.
"As you may remember, it was Zim who was responsible for the failure of Impending Doom 1 and the setback of conquering the universe!" Purple continued, much to the dismay of the Irkens being remembered of that day.
"Your extra assignments are to execute Zim once and for all, for the sake of Irk's future!" said Red with much excitement as possible.
"The rewards would be 300.000.000 Irken currency and a reserved private planet for anyone who succeeds with this mission." announced Red once more.
"And if necessary, eliminate anyone who stands in his way." continued Purple.
With that they both dismissed everyone, who were chanting "For Irk, for glory!"

Back in the cruiser, Zim and Tak were still heading to their destination, unfortunately for them it has been three days and no luck.
Zim's old wounds from the lab weren't still completely healed, which kept on worrying Tak.
"How many times must i tell you Tak, i'll be fine." Zim said toward the worried Irken who just wouldn't stop attempting to mend his wounds.
Tak sighed "Zim will you please just stop, look at yourself your still a mess after what that crazy nutjob did to you." she continued on while fixing his PAK behind him.
Zim also sighed, and looked up "I'm sorry Tak." he told her.
"For what, Zim?" she asked with curiosity.
"For ruining your mission, attempting to kill myself and letting myself get captured by Dib and making you worry for my well being" he said while not facing her.
Tak then stopped on his PAK and hugged him from behind.
"Zim, falling in love with you may be perhaps the greatest thing that ever happened to me, and i honestly wouldn't have it any other way" she said resting her head on his shoulders.
After that Zim couldn't help but burst into tears, knowing this would too good.
"Me too Tak, me too." he said between tears.
They both embraced for a while until they got a briefing from the ship's computer.
"Reaching Devastis in an hour." said the computer, they both looked outside at the dark lone planet.
"Guess we finally made it." Zim said holding Tak's hand, hoping for a brighter future on the planet.
One hour later they finally reached Devastis, Zim turned off auto pilot and decided to fly on the deserted Irken city.
"So where is your base, Tak?" he asked her curiously.
"Not far from this area, it's near the military facility." she said pointing towards the direction they're suppose to go.
After a few minutes she noticed it "There's my base." and pointed it.
It looked somewhat different than the other ones, it looked more like an Irken home with purple painting and more design into it.
Zim landed the cruiser at the back of the house.
"So, this is your base huh?" He said as he was getting out of the cruiser.
"I like to make things slightly a bit difference, fashion sense i guess." she said to him, obviously to the fact that the base was more different.
"I'll say." he replied back looking around, he went inside to find it more beautiful on the inside.
"Quite beautiful, guess it picks up after it's owner." he said to her.
She blushed "Thanks" she replied.
Strangely enough he couldn't help but noticed a picture of himself with Gir on the desk and picked it up.
"Hey Tak, where did you find this?" he asked pretty hesistant.
"Oh that, well i found it at your base when i used to spy on your base when i first came to Earth." she said kind of embarrased.
"Oh ok then, wait a second there you were spying on me?" Zim asked in awe.
"Yea before i actually joined the school and made myself public, i used to spy on your base and mechanics." she replied back.
"Ah well, it's not like i actually had good security back then, alot had penetrated my defenses many occasion." he said in defeat.
"Ain't that the obvious truth..." Tak whispered herself.
Zim kept on looking around "So where are we going to sleep?" he asked her pretty anxious, from having to sleep on a ship for three days.
"There's a bedroom upstairs if you feel tired, you prob need it to help you with those injuries." she let out, motioning him to follow her.
Zim went in the room and saw a huge bed and strangely enough alot of girly stuffs with purple design around on the wall.
"Sometimes you never seem to amaze me, my love." he smiled at her once more.
Tak smiled and looked at the clock near her bed, which said 1AM.
"That late? Guess the timeline did change when we went different planets." she said.
She went on one side of the bed, Zim to the other and sat down facing eachother.
"It's really soft." Zim said feeling the bed.
"I can tell you something else that was soft after i was through with it." Tak said flirtedly towards Zim, who blushed at the thoughts.
They both lay on the bed and cuddled for a bit, Tak quickly fell holding onto Zim."
Zim faced her and gived out a silent "Thank you Tak for all you done." before going to bed also.
