I like drawing the Tallest. Also I like this pairing. For some reason it just makes me glee.It did kill my pen a whole lot though. D< I need new pensssss.... Then again I have a tablet now. Then again I can't draw lineart nearly as effectively with a tablet as traditional pens. I mostly see it as a coloring tool. Blah.
That chair. I apologize for that chair thing. And how it and Purple's arm (yeah, Purple's the one sitting) make absolutely no sense. It was kind of a last minute addition to make at least his seated pose make sense.
Tall people take more work to draw than short ones.

this pairing also makes me glee. RAPR needs much more love. the curves of the chair mirror the curve of Red's hips to form a strong diagonal that anchors the drawing, in a way. i hardly noticed anything odd; i got the impression that it was a swivel chair, turned slightly from Purple shifting his weight to reorient himself, lifting his arm in mid motion.
the overall point: this is all kinds of awesome!

See, I like that interpretation of it. I think the problem was that I was originally drawing the figures seeing it as if Purple was sitting in some sort of Earth-like chair with a back and bending over it with the arm propped there. And the impression just stuck with me.
