I'm really enjoying my 3 weeks off work. I'm in Romania for my Holiday and I feel super relaxed ^^This is the first painting I did while on vacation ^^ I'm hoping to do at least 2 more drawings before I have to go back.
This was really fun to paint, I finished last night while watching the Romanian Exatlon show on TV and I like to add ink line art to my watercolour pieces as a finishing touch but I realised that I forgot to take my ink pen with me so I used my Faber-Castell Polychromos black pencil instead ^^ Not too bad, I just need to sharpen it more
I wanted to make some parts of the petals darker to give more contrast but my colours started to get muddy as I added more layers so I decided to leave it alone. Overall I'm pretty happy with how this looks.

This one is my favorite out of those 3 you posted on the forum. I can't place the finger on the why, but it's an essentially charming picture. There is this whole charming feeling, the warm colors, the recognition all the petals of a flower are barely ever perfectly aligned yet that doesn't make them any less beautiful. Great job
