“Nah, look at him, he can barely walk. It must have been at least a battle down there as it was up here.” he almost laughed.
“I don’t care.” Finn readied his blaster. Anger was rising inside of him. “He won’t get away this time. Steady the Falcon.” he said as he exited the cockpit. Jannah stood up from her seat to see it for herself. The Falcon now hovered above the ground. They were unable to land for the ground was unstable and gone for the most part, but they were near enough to clearly see the two Finn talked about. Indeed, it was Kylo Ren, supreme leader of the First Order, the one Jannah had seen facing Rey on Kef Bir. But what she saw now weren’t the two enemies that wanted each other dead. What she saw were two hurt people caring for each other, the one struggling to stand by himself, the other one struggling to keep him from falling over his own feet. Jannah didn’t know what had happened down here, but this clearly wasn’t a trap. “I’m gonna make sure Finn doesn’t kill him.” she announced and hurried to reach the boarding ramp in time. [...]
